§ 1.12.150. Other remedies.

Nothing in this chapter shall affect, prevent or prejudice any other remedy or penalty, civil or criminal for the creation or maintenance of a nuisance. Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the summary and immediate abatement of a nuisance upon the order of the Board of Supervisors or any County officer as authorized by law if the Board or officer determines that the nuisance constitutes an immediate threat to the public health or safety.
