Beginning in Menlo Park at the intersection of the County border and El Camino Real;
thence proceeding northerly along El Camino Real to Valparaiso and the border of Menlo
Park; thence proceeding counter-clockwise along the border of Menlo Park to Bay Rd
and the border of Atherton; thence proceeding counter-clockwise along the border of
Atherton to El Camino Real and Redwood City; thence proceeding clockwise along the
border of Redwood City to the intersection of the borders of Redwood City, Foster
City, and Belmont; thence proceeding westerly along the northern border of Belmont
to Mountain View Avenue; thence proceeding southwesterly along Mountain View to Old
County Road; thence proceeding southeasterly along Old County to Ralston Ave; thence
proceeding westerly along Ralston Ave to Chula Vista Drive; thence proceeding southerly
along Chula Vista to Belmont Creek; thence proceeding easterly 125 feet to the eastern
border of Census Block 060816090002005; thence proceeding southeasterly along the
eastern border of Census Block 060816090002005 to the southern border of Belmont;
thence proceeding westerly along the City border to Ralston Avenue; thence proceeding
westerly along Ralston to State Highway 92; thence proceeding westerly along Highway
92 to Interstate 280; thence proceeding northerly along I-280 to the border of Millbrae;
