§ 2.50.060. Waiver of compliance.

In the event that the equal employment requirements of this chapter are found to work an undue hardship upon a low bidder, said bidder shall submit evidence of such hardship to the Board of Supervisors and shall petition the Board for a waiver of these requirements. This waiver shall only be granted by the Board of Supervisors and shall become an integral part of the contract.
