§ 2.83.010. Purchasing Agent.

(a)

The County Manager shall be the County Purchasing Agent. The County Manager may designate a Purchasing Agent Manager and such deputy purchasing agents as are necessary and may delegate to such purchasing agents such duties and responsibilities as he may periodically determine appropriate.

(b)

Except as otherwise authorized in this chapter, all goods and services shall be procured through competitive solicitation.
