§ 3.44.010. Consumption of alcoholic beverages near certain public places prohibited.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic beverage on any highway, street, alley, sidewalk, public parking lot, parking lot open to the public use or pedestrian walkway open to public use within one thousand (1000) feet of buildings or places open to the public where alcoholic beverages are sold. This section shall not be deemed to make punishable any act or acts which are prohibited by any law of the State of California.
