§ 3.44.040. Buildings and places where alcoholic beverages sold defined.

  • As used in this chapter, "buildings and places open to the public where alcoholic beverages are sold" means, but is not limited to, any liquor store, liquor outlet, inn, tavern, bar, saloon, or any premises wherein the owner, tenant or occupant possesses, and purveys alcoholic beverages to the public pursuant to, an "on sale" or "off sale" liquor license of whatever classification.
