§ 3.64.010. Prohibitions.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, whether as principal, servant, agent or employee to do any of the following acts:

    (a)

    Engage in or carry on, or maintain or conduct, or cause to be engaged in or carried on, maintained or conducted, any operations to log, process, or move timber, trees or brush from or on lands contiguous to or containing streams, creek beds, or ditches without first removing logs, slash, and debris from in or within sixty (60) feet of said streams, creek beds, or ditches on the land within which said operations are to be carried on;

    (b)

    Deposit or cause to be deposited any logs, slash and debris in or within sixty (60) feet of streams, creek beds, or ditches contiguous to or within lands on which there is engaged or carried on, maintained or conducted or caused to be engaged in, carried on, maintained or conducted any operations to log, process or move timber, tree, or brush;

    (c)

    Any other act or acts which may cause or does cause change in the course of streams or erosion of their banks or undermining at culverts, bridges, abutments, and other structures or the obstruction of flow of water through entrances to such culverts, under bridges or past structures, except as the construction or reconstruction of roads, bridges, culverts, and other authorized projects may require changes in water courses.
