§ 3.88.010. Purpose.

This ordinance is enacted pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 7592.8. The purpose of this ordinance is to establish rules and regulations concerning the use of alarms in commercial locations in the unincorporated areas of the County, to enhance the effectiveness of these devices, and to minimize law enforcement response to false alarms caused by the improper use or abuse of these systems.
