§ 3.88.030. Permit for existing alarm systems.

Any person who installed an alarm system on his commercial premises before the effective date of this ordinance shall obtain a permit for the alarm system as required by this chapter if the alarm system is still in operation. The permit must be obtained within 180 days after the effective date of this ordinance.
