Any person violating, or causing the violation, of any provision of this chapter,
or of any permit issued pursuant to this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than Five Hundred
and No/100 Dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in the County Jail for a term not
exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Every day such violation
shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
