§ 4.68.230. Application to existing wells located in the unincorporated area of the County lying north of Highway 92 and west of Highway 280.

The requirements of this chapter shall be applicable to all wells used or operated as a domestic water supply which are existing at the time of the adoption of the ordinance codified in this chapter, and are located in the unincorporated area of the County lying north of Highway 92 and west of Highway 280.
