No left turn shall be made by any vehicle from ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS, County Road No. 26A, when traveling southeasterly on said County road at the intersection of ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS and SANTA CRUZ AVENUE, County Road No. 70A.
