§ 7.24.010. Time-limited parking.

  • No person shall stop, park or leave standing any motor vehicle, whether attended or unattended for a period of time exceeding that authorized as herein provided, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in cases of emergency, or in compliance with the directions of a peace officer in any area declared by resolution of the Board of Supervisors as a time-limited parking zone and where appropriate signs or markings are installed and maintained as provided in Chapter 7.28 of this title.

    Time-limited parking zones may be designated as 20-Minute, 30-Minute, 1-Hour, or 2-Hour. The Board of Supervisors may designate time-limited parking zones to be effective at all times or during specified hours and days.
