§ 7.60.050. Contract for removal.

When the Board of Supervisors or the Board of Police Commissioners has contracted with or granted a franchise to any person or persons, such person or persons shall be authorized to enter upon the private or public property to remove or cause the removal of a vehicle or vehicle parts declared to be a nuisance pursuant to this chapter.
