§ 7.76.010. Purpose.

The Board of Supervisors finds and declares:
1.

The repair of vehicles on highways other than emergency repairs constitutes an unsightly and hazardous condition.

2.

The public health, safety, and welfare would be benefitted by prohibiting vehicle repair on highways other than emergency repairs.
