§ 4.84.135. OWTS; destruction.

Every OWTS that has been abandoned, has been discontinued from further use, or to which no waste or waste discharge pipe from a plumbing fixture is connected must be properly destroyed under permit issued by Environmental Health as prescribed in the Onsite Systems Manual.
