§ 5.20.010. Shooting gallery.

Every person conducting, managing, or carrying on a shooting range or gallery, marksmanship contest, dart game, archery, or similar form of attraction, not otherwise Licensed or operating under a use permit, under this Ordinance Code, where a fee is charged, shall procure a License and pay a License fee of two dollars ($2.00) per day or, if the installation will operate for more than twenty-four days within a twelve month period, $50.00 per year.
