§ 5.36.030. Departmental reports.

  • In addition to the procedure provided for in Chapter 5.04 of this title, each Application for a License to operate, maintain, or carry on a picnic ground shall be referred to the Health Department, Planning Commission, Sheriff, and to the District Attorney by the License Board for investigation concerning the character of the person or persons interested in the proposed business and the nature of Premises therefor. Said departments shall make reports to the License Board as to the advisability of granting the License, which report shall be made within fourteen (14) days after said Application has been referred to them.
