§ 5.36.070. Supervision.

At every picnic ground having a capacity of more than one hundred persons, not less than one employee or agent of the owner or operator for the first two hundred persons and one additional employee for each additional two hundred persons who are accommodated and actually present shall be constantly in attendance during the entire time that such picnic ground is open for business, and shall devote their entire time and attention to keeping order, and enforcing all provisions of this chapter.
