§ 5.56.060. Posting of License.

Latest version.

Every person having a License under the provisions of this chapter shall keep such License posted and exhibited in some conspicuous part of the Premises wherein the fire, closing out or auction sale is being held. Every person having a License under the provisions of this chapter shall produce and exhibit the same whenever requested to do so by any officer authorized to issue, inspect or collect Licenses.
