§ 5.56.190. Record of sales. Inspection.

Each auctioneer must keep a book in which he must enter all sales, the amount paid on, and the date of each sale, which book must be open at all times for inspection by the Sheriff and/or his deputies. All property to be sold at auction sales may be inspected.
